Mumbai: No relief for 2 employees of reputed firm who made derogatory statements about woman colleague

India Today

The Dindoshi sessions court in Mumbai refused to grant any interim relief to two employees of a well-known International Consultancy services firm.

The two men had approached the court after an FIR was registered in September 2020 at Powai police station by their woman colleague's husband for making derogatory comments against her.

The two employees of the firm, Rajinder Khalsa and Gaurav Vikamshi, told the sessions court in their anticipatory bail application that the registration of FIR is an afterthought and alleged that the woman has done it to settle an old dispute. However, the two were let off with a mere warning.
