VK Prakash on Praana's failure: I made a big mistake by releasing it in Malayalam first
Nithya Menen's Praana, directed by VK Prakash, caught the attention of the audience as it is an experimental film that has only one character as part of the film's cast. Earlier, the makers had planned to release the film in all four languages.
The Malayalam version of Praana hit the theatres on January 18 and received underwhelming reviews from the audience. After a year since Praana's release, director VK Prakash feels that he made a mistake by releasing the film in Malayalam first.
In an interview to The Hindu, VK Prakash said, "The mistake I made with Praana was that it got released in Malayalam first.
