Woman killed after BSF bus hits two-wheeler in Delhi

A family met with a road accident in Delhi on Wednesday in the morning near Jangpura flyover when their two-wheeler was hit by a Border Security Force (BSF) bus.

Forty-year-old Zamil Alam along with his wife was taking her seven-year-old daughter to a doctor after she complained of not feeling well. In the morning on Wednesday, their two-wheeler was hit by the BSF bus. The accident left Zamil and his daughter injured and his wife dead.

A PCR van rushed the injured to a hospital where Zamil's wife was declared brought dead.

During enquiry, it was found that that the BSF bus was dropping BSF staff when the accident injured Zamil and his daughter and killed his wife.

The driver of the BSF bus was found at the accident spot who was apprehended when the police reached there.

Zamil's statement has been recorded and a case has been registered.
