Bihar man beaten to death after argument over eating eggs, noodles

A 22-year-old was beaten to death late Monday night in Jehanabad district of Bihar after he was involved in an argument on eating eggs and noodles a day before.

The incident happened in Sarthua village in Jehanabad.

The deceased was attending his stall at a Dussehra mela when around 12 men came and thrashed him with sticks.

The critically-injured man was then rushed to Sadar Hospital where he was declared brought dead.

Police reached the hospital soon after they heard about the death and carried out an investigation in the matter.

According to sources, the man had an argument over eating eggs and noodles with a group of men in the nearby Daudpur district, following which the accused men reached out to him the next day and beat him to death.
