Telangana govt starts distributing financial assistance of Rs 10,000 in rain-hit Hyderabad

Telangana urban development Minister KT Rama Rao (KTR) toured various inundated colonies in GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) limits and handed over the financial assistance of Rs 10,000 to the people affected by the heavy rain.

KTR visited MJ Colony in Shaikpet and Nadeem Colony in Tolichowki and handed over the financial assistance to the affected families as part of the relief efforts.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) had on Monday assured help to people living in the low-lying areas in Hyderabad who have been affected by the heavy rains and announced Rs 10,000 as an immediate relief to each household hit by the floods.
