The Union information and broadcasting ministry (I&B) has summoned officials of the streaming platform Amazon Prime Video on the basis of a complaint received from BJP MP Manoj Kotak.
Parliamentarian Kotak on Sunday wrote to information and broadcasting minister Prakash Javadekar seeking a ban on Amazon Prime Video's series Tandav for allegedly ridiculing Hindu gods and goddesses.
